WFP will conduct an extensive review of the clients personnel procedures, including employee handbooks, wage and hour compliance, record keeping, recruitment, benefits compliance, and personnel policies relating to employee leaves of absences, promotions, transfers, and terminations. We will evaluate all performance management methodologies including employee performance reviews and disciplinary documentation. WFP will evaluate and make recommendations for improvements in all these areas, as well as propose a strategy to implement suggested changes. |
